It is our policy to address any concern regarding our products in a timely manner.

 Return Policy

We must be notified in writing or e-mail within 7 (seven) days after receipt of an item for a return authorization.  All items must be in new condition and in original packaging.  After the authorization is received to return this must be received within two weeks.

After the item is received and inspected and found to be in new condition and in the original packaging the refund will be processed.  There is a 20% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund to cover re-packaging.
