the USA, they are made of a durable rip stop nylon outer shells and a warm cozy
fleeced lining. Wide nylon straps with Velcro attach the girth surcingle that is
adjustable from either side to allow for growth. Fold over front Velcro closure
on small size and double buckle closure on large size. Available in various
colors. Small: adjusts 30” to 42”. Large: adjusts 48” to 56”. Machine
washable.
